Auctions are held once a month on a Monday starting at 7:45AM and finishes when the last item is sold. To be notified of upcoming sales by e-mail, please sign up on the form to the right.

Typically, auctions will run anywhere between 8 and 12 hours. The sale is broken up into three sections:

  1. Antiques and Fine Art
  2. General Household Items and Furniture
  3. Outside Portion which consists of Vehicles, Tractors, Lawn Equipment, and items in less than mint condition or in need of repair.

The three auctioneers sell simultaneously in a fast-paced, non-stop format.

Items up for auction can be inspected during Preview Days – Friday, Saturday, and Sunday prior to the sale. Hours are as follows:*

  • Friday  9AM – 4PM
  • Saturday  9AM – 4PM
  • Sunday 9AM – 4PM

Bidder Registration

Prospective buyers must register for a unique bidder’s number each auction – do not re-use a bidder’s number from a previous sale. Registration is available in-person or online. Your bidder’s number is your identification number for auction. If you lose your number, it can be replaced at the front desk. For more information on bidder registration or to register online, please click here.

To bid on an item, raise your bidder’s number card towards the auctioneer. If two other bidders are still in the running, the auctioneer may not acknowledge your bid immediately. Don’t worry. As the price of the item goes up, you might not want to continue to bid. When the auctioneer is calling for additional bids, raise your bidder’s number again and keep it raised until you’ve hit your personal bidding limit. If you’ve won an item, make sure the auctioneer can see your number clearly. If the item is small enough, the floor man or woman will hand the item to you. If the item is too large, staff will mark the item with your bidder’s number in chalk and remove it from the staging area. For certain big ticket items, the staff may lock them away. These items may be held until payment. Please be aware you are responsible for all your won items.

Payment can be made at the front desk. The buyers premium is 13% and New Jersey State sales tax is 6.625%. We accept cash, personal or business check, and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). NOTE: We do not accept American Express.

Merchandise purchased at the Monday auction, that cannot be removed the day of the auction, is asked to be picked up by the following Saturday.

Absentee and Phone Bidding

Absentee bids are accepted the weekend of the auction and all absentee bids must be in by Sunday during preview before 4:00pm.

Absentee bids must be $100.00 or more.

Phone bids are also accepted.

If you are successful with your absentee bid, you will receive a phone call the Tuesday after the auction.

Shipping and packing of any items will go through UPS. At that time, your credit card information will be given to UPS and they will charge you directly.
